The Problem:
All of my text formatting is correct and working just fine when I would work in the post area of my WordPress site. Once I posted my article, the formatting was different on my site. Here’s how to fix paragraph spacing issues in Elementor.
Introduction
The back end of WordPress is all about automation. Creating content should be the focus of our time, not fixing paragraph spacing. So, it’s awfully frustrating when you do the work to post an article and the formatting comes out bad.
Method #1: Manually Space Paragraphs
That looks like a mistake, right? No, I put that there on purpose. It stands for No-Break Space. Switch to the code editor and enter this after every paragraph is one option you can use to fix a post that you’ve already created. Tedious, but it works.
Method #2: Change Your Theme
After doing some troubleshooting, I found that It was actually my theme that was causing trouble.
WARNING!! Changing your theme can break your site and your heart. You may have to go back to each post and fix them individually.
In your WordPress dashboard go to Appearance and Themes.
Note: If you’re using a page builder, check with their website for recommended themes. Elementor, for example, has a list of suggested themes to run under your page builder. Check it out here: Link
Pick a theme and click “Live Preview”
If changing the theme fixes your problem, you can choose to click Activate & Publish. Just be sure to check and make sure nothing is broken on your site.
Conclusion
So here were two different options to fix spacing on your WordPress site. I hope this helped you to fix your paragraph spacing issues in Elementor. Till next time!
